New in IMS-Audit Cloud: the management review that prepares itself
The management review is the one mandatory ISO appointment top management cannot delegate – and for the quality manager it is often the biggest time sink of the year: days spent gathering data from audit reports, action lists, and Excel evaluations. That is exactly what IMS-Audit Cloud now takes over: with the new management review module per ISO 9001 clause 9.3, the report largely prepares itself.
No more data gathering
When creating a review you pick the period, client, and the standards under consideration – the program automatically generates the matching sections: all mandatory inputs per clause 9.3.2 and the outputs per 9.3.3. With ISO 14001 and ISO 45001, the additional topics such as compliance obligations, environmental aspects, or worker participation are added automatically.
The sections fill themselves with automatic data blocks from your modules: audit results with compliance scores, actions with on-time rates, customer complaints, 8D reports, risks, and supplier audits – each with a comparison to the previous period and a trend arrow.
Rate, decide, finalize
- You rate every section with a traffic light (uncritical / watch / action needed / not applicable with justification) and free text – the sidebar shows the progress.
- Decided actions are created straight from the review; they flow into central action management. And the cycle follows up on itself: the next review automatically pulls these actions in as the mandatory input “status of actions from previous reviews”.
- To conclude, top management sets the overall conclusion (suitable / adequate / effective) and finalizes – after that, the review is frozen tamper-proof, including the data blocks.
- The PDF minutes deliver KPIs, traffic lights, the action list, and a signature block – compact, decision-oriented, and in every program language.
The contents are top-management material – so by default the module is visible to authorized roles only. And as always: included in every plan.
