Prepared before the audit – focused verification afterwards

Two new features for everyday audit work: the audited area assesses itself in advance, and the follow-up audit concentrates on what was left open.

Before the audit

Self-assessment in advance

The audited area or supplier rates the question catalogue before the audit – via a restricted login in IMS-Audit Cloud, with evidence per question. You arrive prepared and focus on the deviations on site.

  • Request it by e-mail with a deadline – once submitted, the self-assessment is read-only
  • A separate column next to your rating: adopt per question, open questions only, or everything
  • Does not count towards the audit result – only your rating is scored
After the audit

Follow-up audit with the deviations only

One click on “Create follow-up audit” sets up a follow-up audit that carries over only the conspicuous questions and their chapters. No more duplicating and deleting.

  • You decide what counts as a deviation: a rating below a threshold, a finding type or an existing action
  • The dialog shows in advance how many questions will be carried over
  • The actions from the previous audit sit on every question – check effectiveness right on site

Answers in the audit question catalogue are automatically translated into each user's display language. For example, the auditor in India can answer in English and their colleague in Germany can read the answer in German — and vice versa. Your company only needs to store its own DeepL API key in the settings once — it only takes a click.

  • Economical with your quota: each answer is translated only once per language and stored — and re-translated automatically when it changes.
  • Audit-proof: the original is always preserved — when editing and in all reports you see the unchanged original text.

IMS-Audit Cloud is a web-based audit management software (SaaS) for integrated management systems: plan, conduct, and evaluate audits, track actions (CAPA), create 8D reports, and assess risks — in the browser without installation, including on tablets right on site.

How much does IMS-Audit Cloud cost?+

You pay per user per month — with volume discounts: 1 user €49, 5 users €245, 10 users €400, 20 users €749 (each per month, billed annually, net plus VAT). All modules are included in every plan; larger teams on request.

Where is my data hosted?+

Exclusively in Germany — on our own dedicated server hardware in a certified Hetzner data centre, with a separate database per company. Your data never leaves Germany – unless you choose to store documents and photos in your own SharePoint. We conclude a data processing agreement (DPA) with you in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR.

Do I need to install anything?+

No. IMS-Audit Cloud runs entirely in your browser — on PC, laptop, and tablet. You can conduct audits on site, and if needed even offline via Excel with a subsequent re-import.
