Is audit software worthwhile with only a few audits a year?
Especially then: the less often you audit, the more easily actions and evidence get lost between dates. With one user for €49 per month (net, billed annually) the entry point is manageable – and all modules are included.
Do we need our own IT for this?
No. IMS-Audit Cloud runs in the browser – on PC, Mac and tablet. We take care of the server, database, updates and daily backups; you get your own access such as yourcompany.ims-audit.de.
How long does implementation take?
No project: you import master data (people, processes) and your own question catalogues from Excel, predefined roles can be used immediately – the first audit is possible on the same day. In a personal meeting we show you how to get started using your own topics.
Does the software grow with us if we get more users or sites?
Yes. Plans for 1, 5, 10 and 20 users (larger teams on request), multi-client capability for several plants, sites or departments, user interface in seven languages – the range of functions always stays the same.
Can we take our data with us at any time?
Yes. You export evaluations yourself as Excel/CSV; after the contract ends your database is kept for 30 days, and on request you receive a complete PostgreSQL backup.
