Management review: the report prepares itself from your data

The management review is mandatory in every certification audit – and its biggest time sink is collecting the data. IMS-Audit Cloud takes exactly that off your hands: when creating a review you pick the period and standards, and the program automatically generates the matching sections per clause 9.3 and fills them with data blocks from your modules – audit results, actions, complaints, risks, and supplier audits, each with a comparison to the previous period and a trend arrow. You rate, decide, and finalize – the system does the rest.

How it works in practice

Two weeks before the meeting, the quality manager creates the review: pick the period, tick the standards – the sections including data blocks are ready in seconds. Instead of building Excel evaluations for days, they rate each section with a traffic light and a comment. In the meeting, decisions are created directly as actions with owners and due dates. Top management sets the overall conclusion, finalizes – and the PDF minutes with signature block are ready before the coffee gets cold. At the next review, the decided actions are automatically back on the agenda.
