How do I plan an audit programme across several sites?
In the annual and Gantt view you plan all audits per plant, site or department – multi-client capable and cleanly separated. If a date moves, you adjust the plan and everyone involved immediately sees the new status.
How do findings turn into actions?
Directly in the audit: from every finding you derive an action with an owner and a deadline – if you wish, it is created automatically from the finding type. Overdue actions escalate by e-mail, and effectiveness is documented on the action.
How do I prove effectiveness compared with last year?
With the catalogue comparison: the current audit and last year’s audit stand side by side question by question, and trend arrows show green (better), red (worse) or grey (unchanged) – the classic proof of effectiveness for the follow-up audit.
Can auditees take part themselves?
Yes – either as users with their own role or via restricted logins in IMS-Audit Cloud: additional, restricted logins with which participants work on their actions without occupying a full user. Depending on the plan, 5 to 80 restricted logins are included.
